Fruit Chaat

A simple fruit salad with fresh orange juice and hint of spice that creates an exciting combination of flavours. This is something we have every Ramadan, our house is full of fruit. And after opening our fast with a date and some water, it became tradition to have some fruit chaat too.


Ingredients:

1 Red Apple

2 Tangerines

1 Guava

A bunch of grapes

1 oranges (freshly squeezed)

4 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1 Banana


Method:

  1. In a bowl add in all fruits, apple, tangerine, guava, grapes and banana.

  2. Squeeze 2 oranges and before pouring over the fruit, add 4 tsp sugar (optional) and 1/2 tsp chat masala, mix well and pour over the fruit

  3. Mix fruit before serving
